Fun Facts
What’s a “Time Machine,” Really? In physics, time dilation is real: moving very fast or being near strong gravity makes time pass differently. Harley says zoomies count.
Why the Whirring Lights? Retro sci-fi machines loved big levers, glowing tubes, and dials because they show change happening. Visual feedback = instant “we’re travelling!” for young viewers (and snack-motivated Porgis).
Behind the Scenes: This adventure grew from a rainy-day cardboard build in the living room — Dad added LEDs and a fan, Harley added snacks — and suddenly the room felt like a movie set. The lever label “Snacks” was absolutely real.
